Find and Replace specific word in strings that start with...

I have an XML document with multiple lines containing

<field name="UclAstroCnv_SystemAlias_A00022" Name="Unassigned">ID_UNASSIGNED</field>

I need to replace the word “Unassigned” with a different word, like “Hello123” as an example. However the word “Unassigned” is used in other strings in this document so i cant just search for Unassigned and replace with the word i need to replace it with. Also the _A00022 in this example would be different in other strings that contain

<field name="UclAstroCnv_SystemAlias

Is there a way to search for “Unassigned” in strings that contain

<field name="UclAstroCnv_SystemAlias

and replace “Unassigned” with “Hello123”?
