"Save All" option not working

It isn’t working anymore. It used to function correctly but now when I use it it asks for what folder to save all of my files in. I make a new folder, then next time I click “Save All” it seems to work but when I look at that folder I had created it is empty so my files are clearly not saving at all. Does anyone have any idea what is happening?

Can you walk us thru a series of steps you are doing (step by step, exactly; don’t generalize, don’t leave stuff out) so that we can understand better, and perhaps tell you where things are going wrong?
