NOTEPAD++ loases the page library when I save and then try to "RUN" to test

Notepad++ loses the folder name when attempting to test and then “RUN” a webpage, even when it is the same folder that the html code was in when loaded to notepad++. After I “SAVE” the file and then select RUN, I get an error02 message saying the file cannot be found.
