Unable to validate DLL when updating to Plugin Manager 1.4.5

Just updated to NotePad++ 7.3.3 and noticed that there is a new Plugin Manager available (v1.4.5, am currently on v1.3.5) Trying to update to version 1.4.5 though results in the error: “It has not been possible to validate the integrity of ‘PluinManager.dll’ needed to install or update a plugin. Do you want to copy this file anyway (not recommended)?”
Can the DLL validation issue be fixed?
