Html ad CSS plugin support

Hi,
Way back when windows was a 16/30 ext bit OS and OS/2 was the choice 32 bit alternative, I wrote a macro for epm in ex and Rexx/VxRexx(OS2 editor) in html it would read external style sheets, and then parse classes and Divs etc, to a list box to select the given style <div> or class and past them into the current document, for example, is there a plugin which does this, if not would it be difficult to create one

I will have to read up the plugins destruction
