Bugs in program

When I was writing the script . She clicked spaces and appeared strange signs . How to fix it ?
Can somehow clean up the file of these characters ?

Try this:

View >> Show Symbol, then uncheck “Show All Characters”

@Łukasz-Gry it has been reported that Snapshot/Backup functionality can cause that kind of problem.
To deactivate goto Settings->Preferences->Backup and uncheck enable session…
