Pop-under during install

It’s only a small thing, but irritating (and somewhat confusing) non-the-less. If you let Notepad++ update itself (?/Update Notepad++) it first opens a pop-up while downloading the update. It then pops a small window under that pop-up to say that Notepad++ is open, and do you want to close it. That pop-under is largely obscured by the preceding pop-up, and it is only when you wonder why the update is taking so long that you look carefully, and see what is going on.
