Show document list panel option missing

In the Preferences panel of the latest npp++, the Show option for the document list panel has disappeared. How to get it back?

This changed in v8.1.3, as mentioned in the change notes and in the online user manual

Hmm, well it has clearly helped @Peter-Brawley and everyone else who has happened to read this thread for over a year.
