      Good afternoon all,
Is it possible after performing a normal search to show the results (line numbers) in reverse, e.g. last lines first ?
I use the search to locate patterns in my files, then double-click the result in the search window to jump to that file. If I edit the first result and then go to the next one, the highlighted text is slightly off due to my previous edit.
If I scroll down the results and work bottom-to-top, this doesn’t occur since the edits are below the “next” search result.

        No.

This is the solution, which you’ve already found.
