Basic line number replacement

I am a basic user who performs subs translations. I regularly erase music lyrics, etc, just to keep the dialogue. So then I need to re-number the remaining lines which are non consecutive but in order. I need to erase all lines containing only whole numbers (not timing lines) and adding the correct consecutive numbers into new inserted lines. Or repIace them altogether. I would really appreciate a hand. Regards.
