Color on my web page is'nt showing from Notepadd++

I copy and pasted the same exact codes from notepad++ to normal notepad. When i open the document in google chrome it doesnt allow me to see the specific colors i have. It does not pop up at all when i launch it from Notepadd++. But its does infact pop up when i naturally upload it from the default notepad app. Help please! I dont want to move forward without resolving this issue
