I have three open bug reports on Notepad++'s Issues Tracker on GitHub.
      at the following links:

      https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus/issues/3065
      https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus/issues/3066
      https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus/issues/3067

The email I got from Don said,

@Don-HO #3066 and #3067 are related to the missing update of the PM from 1.3.5 -> 1.4.3 or 1.4.4. Currently some further fixes are on the way to avoid some crashes and misbehaviour which should result in a 1.4.5 soon. Are there any specific reasons not to update the PM in the n++ delivery?

By the way the versions of some of your plugins in the plugin list at https://npppm.bruderste.in/plugins are quite outdated and not connected to https://github.com/npp-plugins, e.g http://download.tuxfamily.org/nppplugins/Converter/NppConverter.v3.0.zip vs. https://github.com/npp-plugins/converter/releases/tag/v4.2. What is the reason for this?

I have mentioned in an email(to DonHo), ticket(on GitHub), and on the NP++'s Gitter chat about updating the plugin manager being shipped with NP++ :( but no reply on it… yet.

PM v1.4.5 is available. Just could imagine how much traffic donho gets, so it is hard to get his attention.

thx, lol yeah I noticed already I check for updates daily and I have PM’s GitHub page bookmarked… ;)

as a added side note only v1.4.4 is available via auto-update at this moment… unless that has changed since I manually grabbed the v1.4.5 update 45 minutes after its release.

Dave Brotherstone will have a look over it before 1.4.5 will be available officially.

it would be great if the Dev(s) of NP+ would get around to reading my three reports… before they get totally buried on GitHub… :/

Current version with various fixes and x64 support is https://github.com/bruderstein/nppPluginManager/releases/tag/v1.4.9, but the versions1.4.x will probably not be bundled with N++ anymore, according to donho.
