How to get the keywords list in an associated file of MyUserDefinedLanguage

I’m new to NotePad++ and discovered the feature of making your own language. So I did and defined all kinds of Keywords. (Max 8 groups??) The profile is associated with *.asj.
I made a document and it works, however how do you get the full keyword list to use in any new document. Now, as I use keywords, they appear for that particular document. I expect however the pop-up list in any new *.asj document I make.
