Portable keeps showing up in "Open With" after I deleted it.

I cannot seem to get rid of traces of the portable version from my “Open With”.
I am now using the installed version, but this still opens up.
Thanks if you can help. I have tried everything.

First you can search your Registry file for that phraseE:\Portables\Notepad++.exe %1or justnotepad++and look for the key/value pairs you find and change them to the new location of your Notepad++ directory. Or search this forum and the FAQ’s list for this information.
I searched mine and found it with just “notepad++”
