Nothing has changed with regards to our networking that would prevent this. I was able to update our notepad++ apps within our Azure VDI a few months back and then all of a sudden, it stopped. These machines have no anti-virus or zero-trust systems installed.

Is it possible notepad++ has blocked our Azure’s Egress IP? I only say this because we have had a handful of instances where US state websites all of a sudden became inaccessible until we reached out to the website’s support and coincidentally our Azure Egress IP was blocked.

How can we reach out to see if we somehow got blocked so we can access/update notepad++ again in azure vdi’s?
